This is a hands-on and challenging work that operates on a fast-paced and busy environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an upbeat, people focused, caring Administrator to act as the face of the ED on a casual basis. We need people to work supporting our administration and reception process. You should be friendly and approachable. You will need to work both independently and as part of our awesome team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who finds it easy to be organized, a multi-tasker and enjoys a busy workplace and the challenge of working under pressure at times.

About you

You are an administration superstar, who is able to provide high-quality frontline public relations and clerical support for the department.

You have:
Previous customer service experience, in a similar environment
Knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and how it applies to health care services
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and good typing skills
Proven ability to be flexible and set priorities
Initiative and can work and produce quality work even when unsupervised
