Awesome Frank’s is a vibrant cafe with a growing reputation for some of the best coffee and brunch in the area .

We are looking for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic kitchen leader to help execute an exciting brunch menu to the next level. You will be heading the kitchen and must have great organisational skills.

You will work with the owner to implement systems and look for operational improvements in order to improve our service and product.

To apply you must:

Have a minimum of 1 year of kitchen management experience. This doesn't have to be as a head chef but could be running a section or managing some aspect of a bigger kitchen.
An enthusiasm for creating great food and implementing training and service systems to improve service and the product we serve.
A proven track record of adhering to food hygiene standards and maintaining records.
Have very high standards of cleanliness and organisation as well as the ability to pass these standards on to your team.
Good communication skills. The ability to communicate issues with management in a productive and constructive way.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
