Job Overview

Kokos Natural is hiring a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across Meta and Google platforms. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing our DTC growth engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Manage Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
Structure campaigns, ad sets, and creatives based on funnel logic
Allocate and optimize budgets effectively
Performance Optimization

Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS
Identify winning ads and audiences
Pause underperforming campaigns and scale successful ones
Creative & Agency Coordination

Collaborate with external creative agency
Provide performance-based feedback on creatives
Suggest angles, hooks, and content direction
Analytics & Reporting

Ensure proper tracking via Meta Pixel & Google Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Translate data into actionable insights
Requirements

Must Have

2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Experience working on ecommerce or DTC brands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of conversion tracking and funnels
Preferred

Experience in food, FMCG, nutrition, or wellness brands
Prior collaboration with creative agencies
Basic understanding of landing page optimization

This role is focused on performance marketing.
