Entrepreneur in Residence – 5AM Consulting

We are seeking a driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead business development and build a new AI-powered services vertical at 5AM Consulting. The EIR will identify new opportunities, drive outbound outreach, and launch innovative solutions that position our agency at the forefront of performance marketing and AI-driven growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships for the agency.
Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the AI and digital marketing space.
Identify market gaps and design new service offerings focused on AI-powered marketing solutions.
Lead the launch and scaling of the AI vertical, including product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate with the internal team to integrate AI tools and workflows into agency operations.
Track and report on business development KPIs, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or agency growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to create & find ways instead of being told about the way.
Strong network in the tech, AI, or digital marketing ecosystem.
Ability to identify and validate new business opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Basic understanding of AI tools and applications in marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
