Outpatient Administration Assistant
Permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday
North Shore Hospital

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with proven administration and computer skills to join our Outpatients team. You will work closely with the Administration Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our clinic room schedule and be accountable for the daily data quality of clinic room utilisation. Other responsibilities include general clerical support, reception functions and training of the room schedule and other administrative systems.

About you

The ideal candidate will have

Proven experience working with computer systems
Advanced knowledge of iPM or similar programmes
Solid grasp of data integrity
Clear and effective communicator
The ability to problemsolve, think proactively, and support continuous improvement
