We’re Hiring: Contract Coordinator

Xyla, part of Acacium Group

Remote working with occasional office visits

Full Time Monday-Friday

6 months fixed term contract

£24,960 per annum

Are you an organised individual that enjoys delivering customer service? We’re looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our team and schedule assessments for ADHD and Autism.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Contract Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Coordinate end-to-end assessment processes, including scheduling reviews, assessments, and multi-disciplinary team meetings.

Act as the central liaison between clinical teams and our service users and their families.

Prepare and distribute pre-assessment documentation and consent forms.

Monitor and report on progress against targets.

This is a role where your exceptional customer service skills will really make a difference.

What You’ll Bring

Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook.

An ability to deal with challenging situations with customers, and provide effective solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
