Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their jewellery needs and preferences
Explain product details including gold purity, gemstones, pricing, and certifications
Assist customers with jewellery selection for occasions such as weddings and gifts
Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation accurately
Maintain display standards and store cleanliness
Manage inventory, tagging, and stock verification
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Follow company policies related to security and quality control
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones (or willingness to learn)
Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
