Job Title: Security Staff – Delhi Metro

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract Basis (Renewable)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000/month + Overtime & Duty Allowance

Job Overview:

Delhi Metro is recruiting Security Guards and Field Security Staff on a contractual basis for managing safety, crowd control, and public assistance across stations and metro premises. Ideal for 10th or 12th pass candidates seeking a stable government-affiliated opportunity.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification:
• 10th Pass / 12th Pass from a recognized board
• Age Limit: 18–35 years (Relaxation for ex-army/police personnel)
• Physical Fitness: Required for standing duty, patrolling, and basic response actions
• Preferred Candidates:
• Ex-servicemen, NCC cadets, or those with security agency experience
• Basic communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Must have valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN) and local address verification

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure public safety and smooth flow of passengers at metro stations
• Conduct bag checks, security patrolling, and gate monitoring
• Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities
• Coordinate with station controllers and metro police for emergency handling
• Assist in queue management and crowd control during peak hours
• Maintain logs, incident records, and report to supervisors daily

Work Conditions:
• Shift-Based Duty: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts on rotation
• Uniform & Training Provided
• Postings across Delhi NCR metro stations or depots
• 8–10 hours/day, 6 days/week with one weekly off
