Location: Indore (Onsite)

Experience: 3 months -1 year

We’re looking for a creative and confident UGC Manager who can manage creators and also create on-camera content for brands when required.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Identify, onboard, and manage UGC creators and influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Create on-camera UGC-style content for brands (talking-head videos, product demos, reviews, reels)
• Brief creators on brand guidelines, campaign goals, scripts, and deliverables
• Coordinate end-to-end UGC campaigns — from ideation to final delivery
• Review, quality-check, and approve UGC content to ensure brand alignment
• Track content performance and maintain creator & campaign reports
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and payments to creators
• Stay updated with social media trends, UGC formats, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams
• Prepare performance/campaign reports.

Requirements:-
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Good understanding of UGC, influencer marketing & social media trends
• Experience working with creators/influencers is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
