Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for client acquisition, explaining the product offerings, and addressing all client queries before the deal is handed over to the sales/closing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients through calls, leads, and business development activities.
• Understand client requirements and explain Shreenath Global’s products and services clearly.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
• Handle and resolve all client queries related to the product, pricing, process, and usage.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and ensure only interested and informed clients are passed to the sales team for closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closures.

Salary & Incentives:
• Fixed Salary: Up to 12k
• Performance-based incentive for exceeding sales targets
