Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Performance Based)

Pay: $15 – $20 per design (final vector file assets required)

Bonus: $100 BONUS for every winning design that hits target store order volume per month

About The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled apparel designer who can create clean, professional, print-ready vector designs for combat sports apparel. This role is purely creative — no store management, no admin tasks. Your job is simple:

Create badass designs

Deliver clean vector files

Get rewarded extra when your designs SELL

What You’ll Do
• Create vector-based apparel designs (AI / EPS / SVG)
• Develop original, high-quality concepts aligned with brand style
• Prepare files for:
• Rash guards
• Shorts
• Spats
• Apparel graphics
• Deliver clean, layered, properly organized files
• Ensure designs are:
• Print-ready
• High resolution
• Scalable without distortion
• Work with provided briefs, themes, or creative direction

Pay Structure

$15 – $20 per completed vector design

$100 Monthly Bonus for Every Design That Hits Sales Target

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves
• Strong skills in:
• Adobe Illustrator (primary)
• Photoshop (bonus)
• Proven experience designing:
• Apparel graphics
• Streetwear / fitness / combat sports preferred
• Ability to create:
• Clean lines
• Sharp vector work
• Consistent style
• Reliability + ability to meet deadlines

Big Plus (Not Required)
• Combat sports / BJJ / MMA themed designs
• Experience designing for:
• Rash guards
• Performance wear
• Understanding of trending design styles
• Prior print-on-demand or brand experience

Not Looking For
• Canva-only designers
• Designers who can’t provide vector files
• Messy files / unorganized layers
• AI-generated designs with zero refinement
• People who can’t follow direction or brand style
