Quality Council of India (QCI) is the apex Quality body in the country, in partnership with the Indian industry. It is an independent autonomous organization created by the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Job Description

Job Title: IT MIS Expert

Location: Gandhinagar

Minimum Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT, or MCA from a recognized university.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in MIS management, data analytics, system administration, or digital governance; experience with government portals preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and update MSME portal data, including BDS, manuals, scheme information, GIS mapping, and workshop details.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and regular updating of consultant and district-level records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS analytics, dashboards, and summary reports.
• Train district personnel on MIS-related tasks and data entry procedures.
• Track and report portal performance; coordinate enhancements with IT vendors.
• Provide support for any additional MIS-related requirements under RAMP or as directed by MSME Commissionerate/SPIU.
