About the Role
As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for developing and managing rosters that align with participant needs, staff availability, and operational requirements. You will work collaboratively with Administration, HR, Team Leaders, and Management to ensure continuity of care and smooth day-to-day operations. This position also involves supporting general administrative functions to maintain efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage rosters using Flow Logic or similar systems
Allocate shifts in line with participant needs and organisational requirements
Respond to planned and unplanned changes (leave, call-outs, urgent coverage)
Ensure appropriate skill matching and consistency of support
Monitor staff hours, fatigue risks, and compliance requirements
Communicate roster changes clearly and professionally with staff
Support payroll accuracy through correct roster setup
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the wider office team
Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Flow Logic or similar rostering platforms
Understanding of the NDIS or disability sector
Background in administration, health, or community services

Full-time, office-based role
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Located at Moonlight Care Head Office in Midland
