Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Marketing & Business Development Executive to help market our services, negotiate with partner companies, and support business and legal-related matters. This role is suitable for someone who communicates well, negotiates confidently, and understands basic legal processes.

Responsibilities

Consult on legal matters and support actions such as disputes, claims, or legal cases when required
Promote and market our services
Communicate and negotiate with partner companies
Build and maintain business relationships
Review and understand basic contracts, terms, and conditions
Ensure basic compliance with rules and regulations
Help resolve issues in a practical and professional way
Requirements

Fluent communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of business law, rules, and regulations
Ability to understand contracts and legal documents
Comfortable consulting on legal issues and supporting legal action when necessary
Motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented
Nice to Have

Experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Experience dealing with disputes or legal consultations
