• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote packaging and print solutions across B2B and B2C markets.
- Create and manage content for brochures, product catalogs, website, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Develop branding and visual identity materials in coordination with design teams.
- Handle client communication for marketing materials, product launches, and promotional items.
• *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the **print, packaging, or manufacturing industry**.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with packaging trends, materials, and printing processes (flexo, offset, digital, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• *Preferred Skills**:
- B2B marketing experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable or eco-friendly packaging trends.
- Experience in CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.
