Urgent – Female NDIS Support Worker (Independent Contractor – ABN Required)

Enat Community Care is seeking a female independent support worker to assist an NDIS participant with sensory-based activities, daily routines, and community access.

We value kindness, patience, respect, and integrity. Applicants should have experience with sensory support, be reliable, and able to work independently.

Requirements:

Valid ABN (sole trader)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR

Experience supporting participants with sensory needs

Ability to work independently under a service agreement

Participant Preference:

Female worker, ideally from an Indian or Asian background, to support comfort and cultural understanding.

Start Date: Immediate
