Job Summary We are looking for a
Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
with robust hands-on experience in
Core Java–based automation frameworks . The ideal candidate should be capable of
designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling automation frameworks , integrating them with
CI/CD pipelines , and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities Automation & Framework Development · Design, develop, and maintain
robust automation frameworks
using
Core Java · Develop automated test scripts using
Selenium WebDriver · Implement test execution using
TestNG and JUnit · Build and maintain
modular, reusable, and scalable test components · Implement
data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid frameworks Reporting & Quality Metrics · Integrate
Extent Reports
for detailed execution reporting · Analyze test results, identify flaky tests, and improve stability · Track automation coverage, execution time, and defect leakage metrics CI/CD & DevOps Integration · Integrate automation suites with
Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines · Configure automated test execution as part of
CI/CD workflows · Work with DevOps teams to enable parallel execution and environment-based runs Version Control & Collaboration · Manage code using
GitHub · Follow best practices for branching, pull requests, and code reviews · Collaborate with developers to shift testing left and improve testability Testing Best Practices · Perform
functional, regression, smoke, and sanity automation · Participate in test strategy discussions and automation planning · Identify automation candidates and ROI for test automation Mentorship & Leadership · Mentor junior SDETs and manual testers transitioning to automation · Enforce coding standards, framework guidelines, and best practices · Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes Mandatory Technical Skills · Core Java
