Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, based in Surat. The NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain network health, troubleshoot networking issues, perform regular performance checks, and ensure the efficient operation of infrastructure systems. The role includes diagnosing and resolving system interruptions, enhancing network security, and providing technical support. The engineer will collaborate with teams to implement improvements and ensure seamless network functionality.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and Network Administration practices.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Proficiency in Network Security protocols and the ability to implement and manage security measures.
• Experience in offering Technical Support to resolve connectivity and hardware issues for clients or teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Experience with Mikrotik devices, BNG solutions, and cloud-based systems is beneficial.
• Experience with troubleshooting of L2 network (MEN/FTTX) will be beneficial.
