Job Responsibilities:
Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with a flair for sales and marketing. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and telemarketing.
• Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO45001, ISO50001)
• Meet prospective clients, understand their certification requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. -Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain daily activity reports, client data, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS. -Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of certification projects.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
Eligibility Criteria
• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• 6-12 months of experience in sales and marketing (B2B preferred).
• Experience in ISO certification, consultancy, or service industry will be an added advantage.
