📢 We’re Hiring: Onsite Event Executive

Dreambright India is looking for energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented Onsite Event Organizers to support the smooth execution of our live events. If you enjoy working in dynamic environments and can handle real-time challenges, this role is for you!

⭐ Who Can Apply
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of event flow, scheduling, and backstage activities
• Ability to think quickly and manage on-ground situations
• Proactive, team-friendly, and willing to take responsibility
• Prior event experience is a plus (not mandatory)

🎤 Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with vendors, artists, technical teams, and clients during events
• Ensure event setup and stage flow run smoothly and on schedule
• Handle backstage requirements, cue sheets, and crowd coordination
• Manage last-minute changes and support problem-solving onsite
• Assist with lights, sound cues, mic handling, and AV communication
• Represent Dreambright India professionally at all event locations

🎧 Basic Technical Knowledge Preferred
• Understanding of sound, lights, and stage cues
• Familiarity with LED, console coordination, and AV equipment (not mandatory)
