We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining web applications using Python and the Django framework. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize application performance for scalability and speed.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers to ensure project success.

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development
• Preferred candidates from Haryana, Himachal and Punjab.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
