Residential Window Cleaning Crew Lead

Green & Clean Home Solutions is hiring a Residential Window Cleaning Crew Lead to oversee window and eavestrough cleaning projects and support on-site teams. This role is well suited for experienced window and eavestrough cleaners who enjoy leading others, maintaining high standards, and delivering efficient, professional service to homeowners.
This is a seasonal contract position from April 2026 to August 2026, with opportunities for part-time work from January 2026 to March 2026 for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
Lead residential crews on interior and exterior window and eavestrough cleaning projects
Manage daily job-site operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
Conduct client walk-arounds upon completion, confirm satisfaction, and collect final payments
Monitor workflow, productivity, and overall workmanship on site
Complete required documentation related to project progress, inventory use, hours worked, and payroll tracking
Provide professional, customer-focused service to homeowners, neighbours, and referral partners
Train, mentor, and support junior team members to improve skills, speed, and consistency
Ensure ladders, tools, and equipment are organized, maintained, and stored safely
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate combines hands-on cleaning experience with leadership and strong communication skills. You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Have at least 2 years of window and/or eavestrough cleaning experience (required)
Are confident leading a crew and providing clear direction on site
Have strong organizational and communication skills
Can safely use ladders and carry equipment required for residential work
Bring a positive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
Hold a secondary school diploma (preferred)
Have WHMIS and/or Working at Heights certification (considered an asset; training support available if needed)
Pay & Growth Opportunities
Hourly pay: $24–$28 per hour, based on project budgets, efficiency, quality of work, experience, and job complexity

Important Scheduling Requirement
All successful candidates must be available on the Sunday prior to their official start date for mandatory onboarding and training. This ensures alignment with company standards and expectations before working on-site.
