What You’ll Do:

Engage & Connect: Reach out to potential leads through various communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales team. Your ability to connect and engage will be key!
Achieve & Succeed: Maintain a minimum of 15 appointments set per week with a target of achieving a 40% win ratio for appointments converted into client commitments within the first 90 days.
Document & Report: Keep detailed notes on all communications with leads for internal reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions.
Collaborate & Communicate: Regularly connect with our Chief Operations Officer to share insights and updates on your lead engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Strong phone voice and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent grammar and writing skills for clear and professional communication.
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred.
Self-motivated individuals who thrive independently in a remote work environment.
A dedicated workspace equipped with a reliable communication device and high-speed internet.
