Duties

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine client needs and treatment plans
Deliver individual, group, family, and child counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the Flash technique.
Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes or emergencies
Facilitate intake procedures, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations
Engage in clinical research initiatives to enhance evidence-based practices within behavioral health services
Provide specialized counseling for populations
Experience

Demonstrated proficiency in psychotherapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
Strong background in crisis management, behavior management strategies, and working with people experiencing trauma or PTSD symptoms
Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, medical terminology, and medical records management
Experience delivering telehealth services utilizing secure platforms to expand access to mental health care
Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care; commitment to continuous professional development in clinical research or specialized therapies

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
