We are expanding our team of Credit & Tax Specialists through a national financial services platform powered by Novae — a proven leader in credit education, business funding solutions, tax services, wealth education, and digital financial tools.
This is a remote, flexible, mentorship-driven opportunity where you’ll receive full training, hands-on support, and the systems needed to help clients improve credit, access tax guidance & services, and position themselves for long-term financial success — while building your own income and brand under our supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
As a Credit & Tax Specialist you will:
✔ Educate clients on credit, funding & tax readiness programs available through Novae’s financial platform
✔ Assist clients in enrolling in credit & tax services and help them understand the process
✔ Provide outstanding relationship-building, encouragement & customer care
✔ Follow up with clients through CRM tools & automation (training provided)
✔ Conduct discovery calls to understand each client’s financial goals
✔ Work closely with leadership & team mentors on business-building strategies
✔ Attend virtual trainings, workshops & team calls for continuous learning
✔ Develop your own client base through social media, referrals & networking
✔ Optionally build a team beneath you as you grow — earning additional residual income
No prior financial or tax experience is required — training is included
All services are fulfilled by licensed professionals & Novae’s service departments

Preferred but NOT required:
Customer service, real estate, insurance, financial services, tax prep, sales, or administrative experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $50,712.13 - $61,072.67 per year
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
