Ticket Takedown is seeking a licensed New Mexico attorney for a part-time, remote position focused exclusively on virtual court appearances for traffic matters — perfect for attorneys looking to earn additional income and gain courtroom experience without the administrative burden.

Our firm handles all administrative work — client communication, document preparation, filings, scheduling, and payments. You simply log in, appear in court virtually, and represent the client.
No paperwork. No client chasing. No office overhead.

Ideal for attorneys seeking flexible, supplemental income with a predictable and minimal workload outside of appearances.

Responsibilities

Attend virtual traffic hearings in New Mexico.
Review case summaries and preparation notes before appearances.
Negotiate plea offers, dismissals, or amendments when appropriate.
Maintain professional, ethical representation of clients.

Qualifications

Active New Mexico Bar license (required).
Strong communication skills and professional courtroom presence.
Reliable internet and comfort with virtual hearings.
Traffic court or criminal defense experience preferred but not required.
Compensation

Independent contractor role
Base pay: $1500/month (approx. 5-10 hours/week)
