Plum POS Outside Sales Relationship Manager – DFW/Arlington Area-Remote

Responsibilities:

Prospect and build relationships in the restaurant, hospitality, bar, and nightclub markets.
Schedule discovery calls, in-person demos, and present proposals.
Identify customer pain points and offer tailored Plum POS solutions.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Qualifications:

Restaurant operations or management experience preferred.
B2B sales experience and familiarity with POS/restaurant technology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
Self-starter with strong time management skills and a results-driven mindset.
Must Reside in TX
Compensation & Perks:

Commission-based with first-year earnings of a Realistic $80K–$125K.
Uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and optional Signing Bonus Advance (50% of first-year profit).
