Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide outstanding customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through product or service processes.
Assist customers with sales-related questions, upselling products or services when appropriate to enhance their experience.
Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client services and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Skills

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a "customer-first" attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot basic internet/connectivity issues.
Reliability: High level of self-discipline and the ability to work without direct supervision.
Legal: Must be 18+ and authorized to work as an independent contractor in your jurisdiction.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
