Remote Online Notaries (RON) in Florida (Contracted)

NotaryLive is a fast-growing, industry-leading platform delivering secure, seamless online notarization services. We're currently contracting Remote Online Notaries (RON) who are already credentialed in Florida.

This is a contractor position. We do not provide assistance with RON credentialing. Applicants must already be commissioned notaries and RON-approved in their respective states.

What You’ll Do

Perform remote notarizations using NotaryLive’s secure, state-approved platform
Conduct live video sessions to confirm identity and notarize documents
Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and privacy
Maintain a high level of professionalism with every client interaction
Identify technical issues and provide feedback to improve the platform

Must reside in FL
Must be a commissioned Notary Public with Remote Online Notary (RON) certification in your state
