About the Role:
We’re seeking a warm, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this patient-facing role, you'll be the first voice prospective and current patients hear—offering education, support, and clarity on next steps with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and triage all inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and current patients with kindness, empathy, and care
Educate prospective patients on our services, pricing, and what to expect
Guide patients through next steps, including scheduling initial assessments and consultations
Respond to voicemail messages and email inquiries with clear and personalized follow-up
Document all patient interactions in our EMR/CRM systems to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or healthcare setting strongly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Compassionate and calm under pressure, especially when discussing sensitive topics
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using scheduling platforms, EMRs, or CRMs
Available to commute to South Florida for training purposes
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Flexibility required to support coverage, including but not limited to weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods, on an as-needed basis

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
