About Us: We are a fast-growing organization operating in the medical supply and healthcare compliance sectors, supporting healthcare providers across multiple states. As our operations expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to represent our interests in commercial disputes, contract matters, and other litigation involving our affiliated companies.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent legal judgment, and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership and outside partners to protect the company’s legal, financial, and operational interests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the company in commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving contracts, vendors, payors, partners, and regulatory bodies
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
· Develop litigation strategies and provide proactive legal advice to executives
· Manage outside counsel when necessary
· Conduct legal research on federal, state, and healthcare-related issues
· Advise on compliance risks and support internal policy development
· Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions throughout South Florida
· Support risk-mitigation strategies across medical supply, billing, and compliance operations
Qualifications:
· Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
· Minimum 5 years of commercial litigation experience (healthcare, medical supply, or regulatory experience is a plus)
· Strong courtroom skills and experience handling cases independently
· Excellent writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
· Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to interact with executives and external stakeholders
