Event Management Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Management Trainer dedicated to teaching and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the event industry and a flair for delivering interactive, engaging, and industry-relevant training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured classroom and practical training in Event Management to students.
• Teach modules such as:

1. Event Planning & Budgeting

2. Logistics & Operations

3. Venue & Vendor Management

4. Client Servicing

5. Event Marketing & Promotions

6. On-Ground Execution

7. Wedding & Corporate Events
• Provide real-world case studies and examples to enhance student understanding.
• Conduct regular assessments, workshops, and mock events.
• Mentor students on project work and help them build industry-ready portfolios.
• Keep students updated with current industry trends and practices.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the event industry or as a trainer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic event tech tools.

Preferred:
• Experience in training or teaching Event Management at institutes or colleges.
• Experience organizing college fests, corporate events, or wedding planning.
• Certification in Event Planning or related fields is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
