Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boys Hostel Warden at Narayana Business School, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for maintaining the safety, discipline, and well-being of hostel residents. Daily tasks include supervising and managing students, resolving conflicts, facilitating hostel activities, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, addressing grievances, and implementing hostel policies. The warden will also act as a liaison between the students and school administration and oversee maintenance and security within the hostel premises.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day hostel operations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities to address grievances and maintain discipline
Understanding of safety, security, and hygiene protocols in a residential environment
Prior experience in hostel management or a related field is advantageous
Ability to build trust and rapport with students while maintaining fairness and authority
Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree, along with experience in a student-centric environment
