We are looking for a highly competent and proactive IT Officer to manage, secure, and enhance our organisation’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee data backup, storage, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho products and IT tools.
• Manage IT assets, hardware, software, licensing, and compliance.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and user access management.
• Monitor cybersecurity controls, patch management, and firewalls.
• Coordinate IT audits and implement corrective measures.
• Lead system upgrades, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT support.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and data security protocols.
• Maintain IT documentation, change logs, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coordinate IT team members effectively.
