Job Title: Property Lawyer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle property transactions, including conveyancing, sales, and purchases
- Advise clients on property development, including planning and zoning issues
- Represent clients in property disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex property law issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals to achieve case objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and procedures
