This role requires a flexible availability across Monday-Friday It is a requirement for our community roles all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes. Candidates MUST be willing to travel.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
Own vehicle with comprehensive Insurance
Australian Driver licence
First Aid & CPR
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
Experience in care role highly regarded
