Job Title: Technical Coordinator (Geo-tagging – Technical/Data Management)
Location: New Delhi
Salary Range: Up to ₹13 LPA
Minimum Qualification:
Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical project execution, data management, GIS, or related domains, including at least 2 years of experience working with Central Government, State Government, or Government Departments / Agencies.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
• Coordinate and manage geo-tagging and GIS-based technical activities across projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Apply agile development methodologies to plan, prioritize, and manage technical workflows, ensuring efficient delivery of project milestones.
• Lead technical coordination efforts, working closely with development teams, data analysts, field teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation.
• Perform data management, validation, and analysis using tools such as Excel and other analytical platforms to maintain high-quality datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor technical dashboards, MIS reports, and geo-spatial databases for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Handle end-to-end technical project lifecycle activities, including requirement analysis, system design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to geo-tagging, data accuracy, system performance, and integration with other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Government guidelines, technical standards, and data security protocols while executing GIS and data-driven projects.
• Support documentation, technical reporting, and presentations for review by senior management and Government stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to continuously improve system performance and project outcomes.
Preferred / Additional Requirements:
• Certification in GIS, geo-spatial technologies, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with government IT systems, large-scale data management, and geo-spatial platforms will be an added advantage.
