Admin in Retail and Fashion

Job description
- Taking orders through all sources. (Website, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Executing orders - Generating shipping label, packing the product and maintaining shipping manifests.
- Answering queries on WhatsApp & Instagram through chat
- Answering queries and resolve customer issues over phone
- Making design frames on COREL software (full training will be given)
• Requirements:

- Good command in English (Both verbal and written) and Computer (especially Excel and Word) is MUST
- Interest in fashion is preferable.
- Must be conversant in social apps (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Speed in Typing and Ability to Multitask
• Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
• Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
