Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeted at schools, teachers, and students, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
• Increase website conversion rates through effective remarketing, funnel optimization, and landing page improvements.
• Oversee SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Implement and monitor marketing automation campaigns using tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or Clevertap.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging creatives and copy.
• Monitor online reputation and manage feedback to build a positive brand image.
Skills & Requirements
• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, publishing, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads; Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, or Clevertap.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.
• Experience in WhatsApp marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and engagement strategy.
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to write persuasive copy.
• High integrity, discipline, and passion for continuous learning.
