Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for our fashion brand.If you're someone who's scaled paid campaigns that move the needle, live and breathe CAC, and thrive on rapid experimentation with clear ROI-this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad content.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending to achieve KPIs and business goals.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:
• 3-6 years in Performance Marketing. if you're good at hitting numbers, that's what counts.
• Be fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Metabase, and martech tools.
• Think in data and frameworks, but act fast, bias for action is what we value.
• Work with creative, product, and business teams to deliver powerful campaigns.
• Be curious about AI, automation, and marketing tech-you build tools, not decks.
• Be outcome-obsessed. You care more about revenue and CAC than CTRs.
