Chef for Gelato & Pastry

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef specializing in gelato and pastry, located in Kolkata. The Chef will handle daily responsibilities including preparing high-quality gelato, pastries, and other baked goods. The role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring quality standards, and creating innovative recipes to meet customer preferences. Additionally, the Chef will monitor inventory, manage food supplies, and collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Bakery techniques and Food Preparation for gelato and pastries
• Expertise in Baking and Cooking with a strong understanding of dessert preparation
• Outstanding Culinary Skills, with the ability to experiment and innovate with new recipes
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in a pastry or gelato production environment is preferred
