Delivery Manager/Accounting Services

We are an accounting services firm serving US-based clients. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple accounting teams and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client deliverables.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing deadlines, monitoring workload, allocating resources, and ensuring smooth execution of accounting tasks across clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all client deliverables are completed and delivered within agreed timelines
Track deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks
Allocate new clients and ongoing work to teams based on capacity and skill set
Monitor team productivity, workload, and utilization
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve delivery issues
Coordinate with team leads, accountants, and senior management
Ensure adherence to internal processes, checklists, and quality standards
Act as an internal escalation point for delivery-related issues
Support onboarding of new clients from a delivery and resource planning perspective
Preferred Experience:

Experience working with accounting firms, IT companies or consulting firm where you have worked as Project Manager

Exposure to offshore accounting/IT services delivery models is a plus
