Role Summary :

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to code AI-powered agents that solves complex problems. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with clients, lead engineering teams, and build scalable AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Own end-to-end system architecture for an AI-based platform
Lead development across backend, AI/ML, and integrations
Build AI solutions for OCR, NLP, Speech-to-Text, Computer Vision
Work closely with stakeholders and clients
Mentor engineers and ensure high-quality delivery
Drive POC → Pilot → Production rollout
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance

Required Skills:

3-6+ years in software engineering;
Strong hands-on experience with Python / FastAPI
Experience building scalable, cloud-based systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Exposure to AI/ML systems (NLP, CV, Speech)
Strong understanding of API design and integrations
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
