& Painter/Body shop Manager

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a graduate or diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in automobile body shop operations.

Technical Skills: Expertise in denting, painting, and body repair of vehicles.

Shop Management: Supervise body shop operations, ensure quality standards, and manage workflow efficiently.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of denters, painters, and support staff.

Customer Service: Ensure timely and high-quality repairs, addressing customer complaints professionally.

Reporting: Maintain records of work orders, inventory, and performance of the body shop.
