About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

2. Assist in conducting product demos for prospective and existing clients.

3. Manage and coordinate onboarding demos, ensuring customers clearly understand the platform and its features.

4. Stay connected with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring all concerns are resolved, and the experience remains seamless.

5. Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure all tasks are closed with proper communication.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when needed and ensure client satisfaction.
