The Opportunity
CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner, this role will work closely with operational teams including supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Role
Deliver month-end reporting and provide meaningful insights into Opex and Manufacturing financial performance to support decision-making.
Partner with business units to develop robust budgets and forecasts and analyse variances to drive corrective actions.
Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial risks and identify opportunities to close budget gaps.
Analyse labour productivity, including headcount, production volume, and cost drivers to ensure operational efficiency.
Support inventory provision analysis and initiatives to reduce controllable write-offs.
Contribute to standard costing development and validate operational excellence initiatives for financial impact.
Your Skills and Experience
CPA qualified and Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
3–5 years experience in accounting and finance, ideally in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Think Cell.
Experience with SAP S4/BPC and MS Office Suite is preferred.
