We are seeking an expereinced Chief Cook to run the kitchen on our vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen management and planning

Team management
Leading the team in food preparation and catering
Maintaining stock
Ensure cleanliness in galey and provision stores
Ensuring working practice of food products handling
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role on commercial vessels
Ability to work on board vessels

Excellent teamwork, leadership skills and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel and be away from home
