Accountant – Union Payroll

Our company, Castellan Real Estate Partners, is seeking a Remote Accountant to support our carpentry subcontractor in processing wages and ensuring compliance with union agreements.

We need someone with expertise in union payroll and benefits accounting to manage and process payroll for union workers, track and calculate benefits, and ensure adherence to prevailing wage laws and certified payroll reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of union wage structures, benefits, and prevailing wage laws, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

You will work independently in a remote setting, maintaining payroll records, generating reports, and assisting in audits related to union labor costs.
