Position: Retail Store Sales Executive
Location: Chennai (Gandhi Nagar, Adyar)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages Required: Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer-facing retail roles

Key Responsibilities

Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
Achieve personal and store-level sales targets.
Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits.
Maintain the store’s cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organization.
Handle POS operations and daily sales entries.
Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising.
Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully.
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 1+ years of experience in retail/customer service (décor, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Are confident, polite, and enthusiastic.
Love talking to people and selling artistic, meaningful products.
Can handle billing, inventory, and store operations.
Are open to working weekends/festive seasons (rotational weekly offs).
Are looking for a long-term, stable job in Coimbatore.
Education & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 Lakhs – ₹2.5 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives based on store targets
