Job Description

In need of a versatile employee who loves to learn. Do not confuse this with intelligence; we are not looking for geniuses. Please do not apply if you are not versatile or do not like to learn. Common complaints of those who do not qualify: too much diverse work, too much to learn, meaning doing things that are different daily vs work being monotonous. Someone mature who understands the initial challenges of a new business, but can help create long-term benefits for the business as well as self. Essentially, we do well=you do well. Goal is to create a business that solves some of the issues of the community, and reward employees as deserved; this requires creating a profitable business. Qualified candidates say things like: "I've learned so much here I use in my day to day life."

The position requires preparing patients for Ophthalmic exams and special testing procedures by accurately documenting patient information, performing preliminary diagnostic testing to assist the Provider in the ocular health exam of the patient. It also includes front office reception roles and possibly some general building attendances in a growing practice.
